Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen seiner theoretischen und praktischen Ausbildung bekommt Christian immer mehr Einblick in die Führungsstruktur und vor allem das Führungsverhalten seiner Vorgesetzten und ist schwer beeindruckt von der Klarheit und Einfachheit der Definition und Dokumentation komplexer Führungsvorgänge im Bereich des Feuerwehrwesens – einem Business, das zu diesem Zeitpunkt über 500 Jahre alt ist. Anschaulich beschreibt er in diesem Kapitel, wie er immer häufiger Analogien aus dem Feuerwehralltag auf seine Führungsaufgabe überträgt und auch zur Anleitung und Weiterbildung der Führungskräfte in der Agentur einsetzt. Gemeinsam mit Co-Autor Daniel wurden aus der Führungsaufgabe der Feuerwehr zehn Führungsprinzipien abgeleitet, die von Führungskräften aus Wirtschaftsorganisationen sehr einfach angewendet werden können. Diese Prinzipien orientieren sich am Führungskreislauf der Feuerwehr, der ebenfalls im Rahmen dieses Kapitels vorgestellt wird.
