Choosing the “Right” Agile Framework for the Company

Abstract

After successful agile pilots (e.g., with Scrum), many companies wonder what agile approaches can look like for the company as a whole. All too often, they search for the one framework for everything: LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, etc. This looks good on paper, but unnecessarily restricts the power of agility. This article discusses how companies can shape their agile journey to fully exploit the potential of agile thinking and working methods. It illustrates how maximum freedom and agility can harmonize with the necessary governance.
