Abstract

Some may expect to find solutions in this chapter for the right KPI, the right analysis strategy, or the right technical data platform. In my opinion, however, almost all challenges lie in the communication between product manager and analyst: What is the right question and how do we arrive at an answer that is promising and business-relevant and contains an actionable step? Only when you and your organization are prepared to meet this communicative challenge with the right attitudes and the necessary dose of self-criticism, will you be able to reap the expected analytical value. How this can be achieved is outlined in the present contribution.
