Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Gesundheitsbetrieb muss seinen fälligen kurz-, mittel- oder langfristigen Verbindlichkeiten möglichst jederzeit, uneingeschränkt und fristgerecht nachkommen können, damit ein Liquiditätsmangel nicht zur Zahlungsunfähigkeit führt bzw. die Ursache für eine Insolvenz darstellt. Die Liquiditätskontrolle hat zur Aufgabe, einen Abgleich zwischen den Liquiditätsplanwerten des Gesundheitsbetriebs und den Istwerten durchzuführen, bei Abweichungen Maßnahmen auszulösen, die eine finanzielle Schieflage vermeiden und die Ursachen der Abweichungen zu ergründen. Die Finanzierung im Gesundheitsbetrieb beinhaltet die Beschaffung und Rückzahlung der finanziellen Mittel, die für betriebliche Investitionen notwendig sind. Nach der Mittelherkunft und der Funktion der Mittelgebenden lässt sie sich in externe und interne bzw. Eigen- und Fremdfinanzierung unterscheiden.
