Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einem Mehrfilalsystem, das vom Unternehmen als betriebseigene Filialen selbst geführt wird, ist das Personalmanagement je nach Branche eine große Herausforderung. Das Unternehmen muss sich neben der Expansion und der direkten Führung der Vertriebseinheiten auch Gedanken über die Personalbeschaffung und Besetzung der betriebseigenen Filialen machen. Nicht selten ist dies nur mit einem enormen Verwaltungsapparat möglich. Gerade im Franchising ist es von Vorteil, dass der Franchisenehmer für sein Personal verantwortlich ist und der Franchisegeber sich mit einer schlanken Personalstruktur auf die Expansion und die Weiterentwicklung des Franchisesystems konzentrieren kann.
