Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Lern- und Innovationsfähigkeit und damit Resilienz ist eine bedeutende Eigenschaft von Organisationen, um ihren Fortbestand und Weiterentwicklung in einer immer komplexeren Welt zu gewährleisten. Organisationales Lernen war noch nie so notwendig und noch nie so leicht zugänglich wie heute. Im Sinne einer Lernenden Organisation wird Lernen zu einer festen Einstellung – einem digitalen Mindset. Fließende Formen des Wissensmanagements sowie selbstgesteuertes Lernen auf Abruf im direkten Arbeitskontext sind möglich, wenn digitale Medien und Plattformen zu einer stärkeren Vernetzung der Beteiligten sowie einer höheren Transparenz führen. Gamification, künstliche Intelligenz und Big Data unterstützen das selbstgesteuerte Lernen. Die Generierung von personalisierten Lerneinheiten und die Übernahme von repetitiven Aufgaben mittels KI wird die Arbeits- und Lernwelt radikal verändern, bei der ethische Standards unbedingt eingehalten werden sollten.
