Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn man sich die Motivation für kommunales Handeln betrachtet, steht in dessen Kern eigentlich immer das Streben nach der lebenswerten Kommune. Ob im urbanen Raum oder „auf dem Land“ geht es immer darum, den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern als auch den Unternehmen, Vereinen oder sonstigen Institutionen die möglichst optimalen Rahmenbedingungen für ihr eigenes Handeln zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dies geschieht insbesondere durch die Anzahl an vielfältigen Dienstleistungen der Daseinsvorsorge, wie in Kap. 1 dieses Buches beschrieben.
