Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Daseinsvorsorge befindet sich in Zeiten der digitalen Gesellschaft und der digitalen Transformation in einem starken Wandel (VKU, 2021). Aufkommende Technologien und disruptive Marktentwicklungen stellen große Herausforderungen, insbesondere auch für Städte, Verwaltungen und öffentliche Unternehmen dar (Papenfuß et al., 2022). Neue digitale Technologien bieten großes Potenzial, öffentliche Dienstleistungen zur Gewährleistung von digitaler Teilhabe bürgerfreundlicher und effizienter zu gestalten (Deutscher Städtetag, 2019). Zudem ergeben sich neue Anforderungen, menschliches Dasein über eine adäquate Grundversorgung zeitgemäß und zukunftsorientiert zu gewährleisten (Deutscher Städtetag, 2015; Papenfuß et al., 2022; Lühr, 2020; Schulz, 2020; VKU, 2021).
