Abstract

Zusammenfassung Alle Bereiche der Daseinsvorsorge und somit der kommunalen Unternehmen werden von der Digitalisierung beeinflusst und verändert. Das hat auch unmittelbare Auswirkungen auf die Personalpolitik der Unternehmen. Zum einen stellt die digitale Daseinsvorsorge neue Anforderungen an die Beschäftigten, ihre Ausbildung und Qualifikationen. Zum anderen sind die kommunalen Unternehmen als Erbringer der Daseinsvorsorge attraktive Arbeitgeber, bieten sie doch mit „Purpose“, Innovationsgrad und -fähigkeit jene Aspekte, die vor allem Nachwuchskräfte wertschätzen.
