Abstract

Zusammenfassung Weltweit sind die Menschen vom Klimawandel betroffen. Auch Städte müssen ihren Beitrag zum Klimaschutz leisten, um das Ziel von 1,5°C bei der Erderwärmung einzuhalten und somit ein lebenswertes Klima sicherzustellen. Auf dem Weg zu nachhaltigen Städten gibt es jedoch noch einige Hindernisse zu bewältigen, bei denen vor allem die innerstädtische Logistik neue Wege und Konzepte verfolgen muss. Konkrete Konzepte für die urbane Güterdistribution werden innerhalb dieses Buches vorgestellt und hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung geprüft, die nachhaltige Entwicklung von Städten zu fördern.
