Abstract

After an understanding of the underlying theories of entrepreneurship, and particularly in the previous parts of the book of complexity and synergetics, has been developed, these theories are now merged into an entrepreneurship-synergetic model and presented, whereby we want to focus exemplarily on the topic of founding as one of the central areas of entrepreneurship, as emphasised several times. However, it should not go unmentioned that especially the first of the three perspectives to be considered, which is illustrated by the so-called SEM1,SEM1 has general validity in relation to entrepreneurship and is not only suitable for founding processes.
