Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) kann viele verschiedene Aufgaben bei Verhandlungen übernehmen und so den Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand menschlicher Verhandlungsführer reduzieren. Heutzutage gibt es eine wachsende Zahl von Verhandlungsunterstützungssystemen und automatisierten Verhandlungsagenten, die menschliche Verhandlungsführer vor und während des Prozesses unterstützen können. Sie können als Simulatoren und Trainingstools dienen, aber auch mehr oder weniger autonom Verhandlungen führen (Dobrijević und Đoković 2020).
