Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Steuerung einer globalen Einkaufsorganisation bedarf zentraler und flexibler Instrumente, welche eine koordinierte Ausrichtung auf ein einheitliches Zielsystem ermöglichen. Die vorhandenen Ressourcen sind dabei dynamisch auf dieses zu konzentrieren. Dazu gehört eine zum Unternehmen passende Organisationsform, welche sich mit der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation einer Steuerung der maßgeblichen Schnittstellen widmet. Eine optimale Unterstützung der Organisation mit Informationssystemen sowie die Fähigkeit der Organisationsmitarbeiter, aufgabenorientiert auf ein kontinuierlich aktualisiertes Wissens- und Bildungsmanagement zurückzugreifen, trägt weiter zu dieser Optimierung bei.
