Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im folgenden Kapitel soll eine Auswahl an Themen hervorgehoben werden, die für die Formulierung einer optimierten digitalen Einkaufsstrategie zu berücksichtigen sind. Es handelt sich dabei um Themen mit Fokus auf Einkaufsprozesse, deren Einfluss auf die Zielsysteme des Einkaufs sowie Möglichkeiten einer spezifischen Adressierung von Einkaufssegmenten. Dies bedeutet nicht, dass die allgemeinen Einflussfaktoren der Organisationsgestaltung von untergeordneter Relevanz sind. Die Bedeutung beispielsweise einer auf digitale Prozesse und Einkaufsstrukturen ausgerichteten Führungsmannschaft – insbesondere in Form der Einkaufsleitung – steht dabei außer Frage. Ebenso die Themen der Kompetenzentwicklung der Einkaufsmitarbeiter. Diese Aspekte sind in den späteren Kapiteln deshalb nochmals gesondert erwähnt und bilden wichtige Elemente des RDE (Abschn. 4.4 ).
