Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Prognosen für die Zukunft des Omnichannels sind vielversprechend. Experten sind sich einig, dass der Omnichannel-Ansatz weiterhin an Bedeutung gewinnen wird und sich immer mehr Unternehmen diesem Trend anschließen werden. Einer Studie von Research & Markets zufolge wird der globale Markt für Omnichannel-Retail im Zeitraum von 2020 bis 2025 voraussichtlich um fast 14 % pro Jahr wachsen.
