Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit den Themen Innovationen und Technologien als Schlüsselkomponenten im Kontext der digitalen Transformation in Apotheken. Zunächst wird im Anschluss an die Einleitung auf die Veränderungen im Apothekenmarkt und die damit einhergehenden Herausforderungen eingegangen. Danach werden implementierbare innovative und digitale Technologien unterschieden und erläutert. Für ein besseres Verständnis erfolgt im Anschluss die Betrachtung dieser Technologien am Beispiel des Arzneimittelabgabeprozesses in Apotheken mittels des Service Blueprinting. Die Bedeutung des Einsatzes dieser Technologien für eine erfolgreiche digitale Transformation wird im letzten Abschnitt hervorgehoben. Als ein Ergebnis des Beitrags kann festgehalten werden, dass die beschriebenen digitalen und innovativen Konzepte ein großes Potenzial dafür haben, die Apotheke effizienter zu gestalten und damit neue Möglichkeiten für nachhaltige und patientenzentrierte Apotheken aufzeigen, um auf die Marktdynamiken im Apothekenmarkt reagieren und zukunftsorientiert und innovativ agieren zu können.
