Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digital Health Technologien entwickeln sich sehr schnell weiter. PraktikerInnen sind häufig überfordert damit festzustellen, in welchem Bereich welche Technologien eingesetzt werden sollten. So hat die künstliche Intelligenz (KI) sehr viele Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, doch welche würden den operativen Alltag einer Klinik oder Praxis tatsächlich verbessern und sollten deswegen priorisiert werden? Am Beispiel einer Schweizer Radiologie-Praxis zeigt dieser Beitrag auf, wie eine systematische Technologie-Analyse effektiv und effizient durchgeführt werden kann. Die Anwendung dieser Methodik hilft somit der Praxis die Use-Cases zu identifizieren, die den größten Nutzen stiften. Damit erhalten EntscheidungsträgerInnen von Leistungserbringer ein wirkmächtiges Werkzeug, um die digitale Transformation ihrer Organisationen voranzutreiben.
