Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zukunftsorientierte Innovationsarbeit hat viele Gesichter. Jeder Kontext, jedes Unternehmen und jede Unternehmenssituation verlangen nach anderen Ansätzen und Vorgehensweisen. In den folgenden Kapiteln werden konkrete Unternehmensfälle aufgegriffen, die in ihrer Besonderheit darstellen, wie unterschiedlich Zukunftsarbeit in Unternehmen aussehen kann und wie vor dem Hintergrund der Unternehmenssituation, der Geschichte und der Umwelt individuelle Handlungsweisen und Prozesse entwickelt werden. In jedem Fallbeispiel gibt es unterschiedliche Herausforderungen, Lösungen und Learnings, die in ihrer Verschiedenheit hier gezeigt werden.
