Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Blick auf die Zukunft ist höchst individuell. Menschen und Organisationen sollten ihren eigenen Weg zum Betrachten und Gestalten der Zukunft finden. Umso offener, positiver und konstruktiver wir auf das Morgen schauen, desto eher können wir zu Gestaltern der Zukunft werden. Innovationen sind zukunftsoffen und wer innoviert, gestaltet auch die Welt von morgen mit! Dabei sind die Anzeichen des künftigen Wandels immer in den Kontext zu setzen. Zukunftsorientierte Organisationen denken im Morgen und handeln im Heute. Beim Entwickeln zukunftsorientierter Innovationen werden Chancen aufgegriffen und in Lösungen transformiert. Das Buch bietet einen Handlungsleitfaden für das Entwickeln zukunftsorientierter Innovationen und bringt viele Beispiele zukunftsorientierter Innovationsarbeit mit konkreten Fallstudien.
