Abstract

Zusammenfassung Von der Strategie, der internen Verankerung bis zur Realisierung und Steuerung besonderer Kundenerlebnisse – auf Grundlage der bisher besprochenen Inhalte zeigt das folgende Kapitel interessante Einblicke in reale Praxisbeispiele führender kundenzentrierter Marken: Porsche AG, Miele sowie die Mobiliar Versicherung. Die verschiedenen Gastautoren und Interviewpartner zeigen darin auf, wie sie Kundenverbundenheit erfolgreich in ihrer Branche herstellen. Sie sprechen dabei nicht nur über das „Warum“, sondern zeigen auch auf, wie sie mit unterschiedlichen Ansätzen für Kundenbegeisterung sorgen und so zum Gesamterfolg des Unternehmens beitragen. Die Beiträge zeigen die Vielfalt und unterschiedliche Perspektiven auf und verdeutlichen, dass es keine Plug-and-Play-Lösung für Kundenverbundenheit gibt.
