Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es mag durchaus sein, dass in fünf bis zehn Jahren die Erfolgsdeterminante für gutes Online‐Marketing die Auswahl der richtigen Marketing‐Suite oder des richtigen KI‐Tools ist.Generell ist ohnehin davon auszugehen, dass über die Zeit die Hersteller der Marketing‐Suiten auch KI‐Module in ihre Software integrieren. Also wird direkt oder indirekt in einigenJahren kein Weg mehr an KI im Marketing vorbeigehen. Schon seit einigen Jahren wirdvon einigen Experten die kanalübergreifende Strategie prognostiziert, die nicht mehr manuell,sondern von Marketing‐Suites gesteuert wird. Bitte lesen Sie dazu das Kapitel 24.Aber bleiben wir zunächst in der Gegenwart. Denn noch setzt das Gros der Marketeers inDeutschland keine Marketing‐Suites und keine KI ein.
