Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um die Digitalisierung im Rahmen einer Prozessoptimierung effizient durchführen zu können, ist ein Methodenbaukasten unabdingbar. Hierfür werden die Anwendung der Value Added Heat Map zur Prozessdarstellung mithilfe der Thermographie, die Value Stream Model and Notation als Erweiterung der Wertstrommethode sowie das Process Mining vorgestellt. Im Sinne der Anwendungsorientierung werden für jede der Methoden und Konzepte Praxisbeispiele dargestellt.
