Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Wert der Weitsicht und damit des Blicks nach vorne, als auch derjenige der Umsicht, also der Wahrnehmung unterschiedlicher Sichtweisen und des Perspektivenwandels, begründet sich darin, dem Prozess der Transformation die richtige Unterstützung angedeihen zu lassen. Welche Form an Unterstützung sich jeweils am besten eignet, ist keinesfalls beliebig, sondern reife- und situationsabhängig. Mit anderen Worten braucht Unterstützung selbst eine geeignete Strategie, um zu wirken. Das bedarf einer ausgeprägten kreativen Empathie, hohen Imaginationskraft wie auch Implementierungsstärke, um die richtigen Schritte zu setzen und im richtigen Moment auf belastbare Weise die passenden Hilfen einzusetzen. Dieses Mindset verweist über die Führung in der Direttissima hinaus auf die Kompetenzprofile der „Extreme“ Leadership.
