Abstract

Zusammenfassung Positionen des Raubbaus, des Sustainable Learners oder des Matured Leaders offenzulegen ermöglicht zum einen, das gegenwärtige Niveau an Responsible Leadership, also des Denkens von einer nachhaltigen Zukunft her, einzuschätzen. Zum anderen lässt sich daran ablesen, wie dies den Return of Investment (ROI) beeinflusst, und auf welchen Prämissen dieser Einfluss beruht. Ebenso lässt sich daran erkennen, inwieweit sich dies bereits in einem Return of Sustainable Investment (ROSI) niederschlägt. Dieser Prozess ist in sich dynamisch, weil sich mit ansteigender „Responsibility“, also mit zunehmender Befähigung zur Verantwortung das Bewusstseins- und Beurteilungsniveau selbst verändert. Die Lernende Gleichung hat zum Ziel, dieses eigene Entwicklungs-Niveau mit zu beobachten und in weitere Schritte mit einzubeziehen. Allem voran verknüpft und qualifiziert es die Strategie-Entfaltung in enger Wechselwirkung mit der Führungsreife. Die Befähigung zur „Extreme“ Leadership ist dabei Ausdruck einer hohen Führungsreife selbst unter extrem belastenden, komplexen oder bislang unbekannten Herausforderungen.
