Abstract

Zusammenfassung Szenario 3: Die Meier AG hat sich in den arabischen Ländern einen guten Namen gemacht. Gerade in den arabischen Golfstaaten können noch immer recht hohe Gewinne erwirtschaftet werden. Betreut werden diese lukrativen Märkte von den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten aus. Dazu hat die Meier AG vor fünf Jahren eine Tochtergesellschaft in Dubai gegründet. Doch nun gibt es politischen Druck aus Saudi-Arabien, den regionalen Hauptsitz nach Riad zu verlegen. Wer das nicht tut, soll künftig bei der Vergabe von Aufträgen leer ausgehen. Demnächst steht das jährliche Review-Meeting mit dem Vorstand an, bei dem die Standortfrage zur Sprache kommen wird. Was soll Stefan Müller der Geschäftsführung empfehlen?
