Abstract

Zusammenfassung Szenario 2: Stefan Müller ist Exportleiter beim deutschen Maschinenbauer Meier AG. Er sieht Absatzchancen in Saudi-Arabien und möchte deshalb den Markt mit einem lokalen Partner bedienen und ausbauen. Vor sechs Monaten fand er in der Stadt Dammam einen Vertriebspartner. Müller präsentierte sein Unternehmen vor Ort und war erfreut über die Umsätze, die der saudische Partner in Aussicht stellte. Eine schriftliche Vereinbarung wurde geschlossen. Nach sechs Monaten aber stellt Müller bestürzt fest, dass nichts passiert ist.
