Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aus IT-Sicht wird der Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft stark von technologischen Innovationen geprägt sein. Unternehmen müssen sich schneller an die Bedürfnisse ihrer Mitarbeiter anpassen, daher ist es wichtig, ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität zu fördern. Der Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz wird die Arbeitsgestaltung vereinfachen und für den zukünftigen Erfolg von entscheidender Bedeutung sein. Remote-Arbeit wird für die Zukunft immer wichtiger und muss digitalisiert werden, damit Mitarbeiter besser kommunizieren und zusammenarbeiten können. In diesem Beitrag wird der Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft aus technologischer Sicht beschrieben, damit Unternehmen die bevorstehenden Herausforderungen und Meilensteine verstehen und ihre IT schon heute auf die Zukunft vorbereiten können.
