Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der massive Fachkräftemangel hat dazu geführt, dass sich der Arbeitgebermarkt in den vergangenen Jahren zu einem Arbeitnehmermarkt gewandelt hat. Arbeitnehmer fordern Familienbewusstsein. Der Gesetzgeber hat bereits diverse Gesetze erlassen, um Arbeitnehmern die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf zu erleichtern. Wollen Unternehmen aber Fachkräfte und High Potentials anziehen bzw. halten sowie die Arbeitskraft ihrer Angestellten erhalten, kommen sie nicht umhin, sich über die gesetzlichen Vorgaben hinaus noch familienbewusster aufzustellen.
