Abstract

Zusammenfassung Motive zeigen an, was uns – und andere Menschen – wirklich bewegt. Der Report zur Potenzialanalyse gibt auch hierüber Auskunft und belegt, welche allgemeinen und spezifischen Antreiber einen Menschen dazu bewegen, so zu handeln, wie er handelt. Dabei stehen sechs Hauptmotive im Mittelpunkt: neben dem kognitiven Motiv sind dies das ästhetische, das ökonomische, das soziale, das individualistische und das traditionelle Motiv.
