Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf dem Weg zur Verbesserung der Patientensicherheit im Alltag der Versorgung und zur Weiterentwicklung der Versorgungsforschung kann die digitale Transformation dazu beitragen, strukturelle und prozessuale Mängel bedeutsam zu beheben. Um Patientensicherheit wirksam in Gesundheitsorganisationen zu integrieren, sind jedoch eine noch klarere Integration in den gesundheitspolitischen Rahmen und auf Organisationsebene klare Leitlinien, kontinuierliche Schulungen für medizinisches Personal, technologische Lösungen zur Fehlerprävention und eine Fehlerlernkultur unerlässlich. Die digitale Transformation und Patientendaten spielen dabei eine herausragende Rolle.
