Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Aufbau der nationalen Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) für das Gesundheitswesen mit ihren vielfältigen Anwendungen erfordert verpflichtend den technischen und softwaretechnischen Anschluss der Informationssysteme der Leistungserbringer an diese Infrastruktur. Die Rahmenbedingungen sind durch die Regelungen im Sozialgesetzbuch und die Ausgestaltung der Spezifikationen durch die gematik GmbH und die KBV vorgegeben – sowohl für die gesetzlich verpflichtenden Anwendungen als auch für die weiteren im Wettbewerb entstehenden Anwendungen. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt für Krankenhausinformationssysteme ist hierbei einerseits die semantische Interoperabilität mit den TI-Anwendungen, aber auch die nachgehende Integration von zum Teil granularen medizinischen Daten in die lokalen Datenhaltungen im Krankenhaus sowie die Sichtbarmachung dieser an den Benutzeroberflächen. Dabei muss immer deutlich sein, wer Autor der Daten ist, also z.B. ob sie von Extern und von wem stammen. Das Health Data Management muss hierauf in vielfältiger Hinsicht ergänzt werden. Es werden checklistenartig Anforderungen skizziert.
