Technische Herausforderung bei der Nutzbarmachung von Gesundheitsdaten

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Data Governance gewinnt bei der Nutzbarmachung von Daten zunehmend an Bedeutung. Viele Gesundheitsdaten sind in proprietären Formaten der Hersteller gespeichert und müssen für eine Nutzbarmachung in plattform- und implementationsunabhängigen Strukturen überführt werden. Für die Interpretation und weitere Verarbeitung muss der Kontext der Datenerhebung mit den eigentlichen „Nutzdaten“ verknüpft werden, d. h. um semantische Annotationen angereichert werden. Dies setzt die Nutzung einer Referenzterminologie (z. B. SNOMED CT) und eine eindeutige Referenzierung von Personen für das Zusammenführen der Daten (z. B. über einen Master-Patient-Index) voraus. Zur Aufbereitung und Vereinheitlichung erfordert dies die Implementierung eines ETL-Prozesses mit dem Ziel, krankenhausintern die Zusammenführung annotierter Gesundheitsdaten in einem Clinical Data Repository (CDR), einem Healthcare Content Management-System (HCM) oder einem Health Data Warehouse (HDW) zu realisieren.
