Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agilität ist die Fähigkeit einer Organisation, sich beweglich anzupassen, flexibel zu verändern und schnell Neues aufzugreifen und zu integrieren. Es ist diese Fähigkeit, die Organisationen im 21. Jahrhundert benötigen, um zu überleben und zu reüssieren. Denn im 21. Jahrhundert bewegen sich alle Organisationen in einer Umwelt, die volatil, unsicher, unberechenbar und unstet ist. In dieser Umwelt benötigen Organisationen jene Agilität, um auf die Fluktuationen in ihrer Umwelt adäquat reagieren zu können.
