Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die Voraussetzungen und die kommunikativen Mittel für den Sprung über die 8. Es werden die grundlegenden Faktoren Haltung, Steuerung der eigenen Emotionen und Fokus auf das Positive, sowie das nötige kommunikative Know-how beschrieben. Zur Unterstützung dessen beziehen wir uns auf das von uns entwickelte 4-Felder Modell und die Symbole Giraffe und Wolf für zwei unterschiedliche Haltungen in der Kommunikation.
