Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Interview beleuchtet den Wandel der Einstellung der Mitarbeiter zur Arbeit und zeigt auf, wie der Europa-Park als Unternehmen dieser gesellschaftlichen Veränderung in besonderem Maße Rechnung tragen muss, um weiterhin als Arbeitgeber attraktiv zu bleiben.
