Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer Zeit, in der Technologie nahezu jeden Aspekt unseres Lebens durchdringt, bleibt auch die Welt der Rechtsberatung nicht unberührt. Spätestens seit die neuen Modelle der generativen KI Ende 2022 das Rampenlicht betreten haben, ist auch die Juristenbranche aufgeweckt worden. Die traditionelle Vorstellung des Rechtsanwalts, der in einem Büro mit schweren Aktenbergen sitzt, weicht einem neuen Bild – einem Bild, in dem innovative Technologien und digitale Lösungen die Arbeitsweise von Anwaltskanzleien grundlegend verändern und das den Fokus auf die Mandanten-Bedürfnisse stärker in den Mittelpunkt rückt.
