Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn man noch bis vor kurzem davon sprechen konnte, dass eine Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und das unternehmerische Bekenntnis zur Notwendigkeit der Transformation der Wirtschaft hin zu einem nachhaltigen Wirtschaftssystem einen Wettbewerbsvorteil auf dem Rechtsberatungsmarkt darstellen, so gilt dies zwar sicherlich noch heute. Allerdings hat sich, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der veränderten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, ein Paradigmenwechsel vollzogen.
