Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kurz vor Beginn der Corona-Pandemie im Jahr 2020, welche für viele Organisationen die Herausforderung mit sich brachte, sich gleichsam über Nacht an das Home-Office und die damit verbundenen Umstellungen zu gewöhnen, stand für Allen & Overy fest, dass das Hamburger Büro spätestens zu Beginn 2022 neue Räumlichkeiten beziehen würde. Somit blieben gerade einmal knapp zwei Jahre für die Suche nach einer neuen Immobilie, die entsprechenden Vertragsverhandlungen, den Ausbau der neuen Flächen sowie die Erarbeitung eines Workplace Konzepts und natürlich den Umzug selbst. Der Artikel handelt von der Einführung verschiedener New Work Elemente bei Allen & Overy in Deutschland und dem entsprechenden Kulturwandel.
