Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Gewinnverteilungssystem auf Gesellschafterebene wie auch die Vergütungsstruktur im Angestelltenbereich spielen für die Attraktivität einer Wirtschaftskanzlei eine zentrale Rolle. Dabei unterscheiden sich die einzelnen Modelle und Strukturen durchaus erheblich in den Segmenten einer Kanzlei abhängig davon, ob die Gewinnbeteiligung der Partner, die Vergütung der Anwälte, die Business Services oder die Assistenzen in Rede stehen. Ein näherer Blick in die einzelnen Segmente ist durchaus lohnend, will man attraktiv für neue Fachkräfte sein und gleichzeitig die Bindung des vorhandenen Personals an die Kanzlei stärken.
