Abstract

Zusammenfassung Damit in einem Unternehmen die digitale Transformation gelingt und Innovationskraft gesteigert werden kann, bedarf es vieler Faktoren. Der wichtigste Faktor, ohne den alle Bemühungen scheitern, ist eine Unternehmenskultur, die die Transformation unterstützt. Die Kunst besteht darin, die richtige Balance zwischen bestehender Kultur und kulturellen Einflüssen von außen zu finden. Das bedingungslose Kopieren der „Silicon Valley Kultur“ kann in deutschen Unternehmen nicht funktionieren. Und nicht alles, was für Technologieunternehmen richtig ist, ist auch auf Prüfungs- und Beratungsunternehmen anwendbar. In diesem Artikel werden Ansatzpunkte vorgestellt, die es ermöglichen, das richtige Maß an kultureller Transformation zu finden, das der digitalen Transformation den Boden bereitet.
