Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sowohl die Lehrenden als auch die Lernenden haben nahezu täglich Situationen zu bewältigen, die Stress erzeugen können, in denen Konflikte zu bewältigen sind und die auch gesundheitliche Auswirkungen haben können. In einzelnen Fällen kann die Situation so eskalieren, dass es zu körperlicher Gewalt sowie zum Einsatz von Messern und Schusswaffen kommt. Auch die Austragung von Konflikten in den sozialen Medien zeigt zunehmend ernst zu nehmende Wirkungen.
