Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmenskultur kann nicht designt, oder gar per Weisung von oben verändert werden, sondern emergiert vielmehr kontinuierlich aus sich selbst heraus. Wir arbeiten entsprechend nicht AN der Unternehmenskultur mit dem Ziel diese zu verändern, sondern MIT der Unternehmenskultur mit dem Ziel uns zu entwickeln. Es geht folglich darum das Beste aus dem zu machen, was bereits da ist. Potentialentfaltung statt „Wünsch Dir was“.
