Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sie erfahren, wessen Rechte und welche Pflichten Sie schon im ersten Schritt einer Fotoproduktion, dem Fotografieren, einhalten sollten. Für die Rechteklärung ist das von Bedeutung, da ein unrechtmäßig aufgenommenes Foto nur schwer rechtmäßig veröffentlicht werden kann und das Unrecht unter Umständen noch zusätzlich vertieft wird. Schwerpunkt dieses Kapitels ist die mit Geltung der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) erforderliche Prüfung und Anwendung der gesetzlichen Erlaubnisse zur Personenfotografie.
