Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bildrecht besteht aus einer Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Normen aus unterschiedlichen Rechtsgebieten. Immer wenn etwas mit einem Bild „gemacht“ wird, können Ihre Handlungen zahlreiche unterschiedliche Rechtssphären berühren. In der Praxis ist es daher sinnvoll, die Prüfung der Bildrechte an die Handlungen der Produktionsschritte in Marketing und PR zu koppeln. Sie erhalten nach Tätigkeiten geordnet einen Überblick über Ihre Rechte und Pflichten in den Handlungsabschnitten der Bildproduktion, dem Fotografieren, dem Editieren und dem Publizieren. Aufgeteilt in die Abschnitte „Fotografieren, Editieren, Publizieren“ können Sie erkennen, welche Rechtsgebiete und Gesetze Ihre konkreten Handlungen berühren.
