Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Implementierungswissenschaft bezieht sich der Begriff „Intervention“ auf eine strategische und strukturierte Initiative, die darauf abzielt, in einem bestimmten Umfeld Veränderungen herbeizuführen, häufig zur Verbesserung der Gesundheitsergebnisse. Sie kann verschiedene Formen wie neue Behandlungen, Programme, Strategien oder Praktiken umfassen. Bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung einer Intervention müssen der Kontext, die Zielgruppe, die verfügbaren Ressourcen und mögliche Hindernisse für die Umsetzung berücksichtigt werden. Die Evaluierung von Interventionen ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, um ihre Auswirkungen zu bewerten und Informationen für künftige Umsetzungsmaßnahmen zu erhalten.
