Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel folgt eine Einführung in die Generation Z – durch Daten, die wichtige Charaktermerkmale der Generation Z einfangen. Auch Vergleiche mit anderen Generationen sowie Ländervergleiche werden präsentiert. Damit wird es möglich, die gesellschaftlichen sowie die sozialen Zusammenhänge, die zur sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Integration einer neuen Generation führen, kennenzulernen. Es geht sowohl um die Generation Z-Person auf individueller Ebene als auch um Beziehungen zwischen der Generation Z und ihrer Familie, d. h. den Eltern, als auch um eine Reihe von Fragen über die Beziehungen zwischen der Generation Z und der Gesellschaft.
