Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Blick durch die”digitale Linse” auf unsere Nachbarn endet häufig und vielleicht zu oft innerhalb Europas. Die Herausforderungen und Chancen der Digitalisierung und der Anspruch an neue Technologien wie VR/AR werden bei unserem Nachbarkontinent Afrika durchaus anders gesehen und gelebt. Nicole Celikkesen ist bei der GIZ für die internationale Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Digital & Tech mit Schwerpunkt Afrika zuständig. Ihre vorherigen Stationen waren u. a. Countrymanager Digital Africa bei der GIZ und Head of Partner Management & Cooperations bei der re:publica GmbH.
