Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel stellen wir Ihnen erprobte Praxisbeispiele vor, die die Bandbreite des Metaverse für Arbeiten und Lernen aufzeigen. Sie lernen Unternehmen kennen, die ihren Büroalltag komplett in virtuelle Welten verlegt haben, die Fortbildungen auf moderne Art und Weise abhalten und mit VR-Brillen arbeiten. Wir zeigen, wie der WWF mithilfe einer virtuellen Welt zusätzliche Spenden generiert, welches Tool von Alexander Zverev und Jürgen Klopp genutzt wird und wie Kundenservice mit Fehlerbehebung ablaufen kann, ohne einen Techniker zu Ihnen nach Hause zu schicken. Neun Praxisbeispiele, die die Vielfalt des Metaverse 2023 aufzeigen.
