Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zu Beginn unseres Buches möchten wir einige Dinge klarstellen, Begriffe erklären und einen Überblick geben, welche Herausforderungen die neue Arbeitswelt, die von Remote Work und Hybrid Work geprägt ist, für uns bereithält. Dabei geht es um die tägliche Zusammenarbeit, aber auch um Lernen und berufliche Weiter- und Fortbildung. Zuerst möchten wir aber erklären, warum wir dieses Buch für wichtig halten und dabei schon einige unserer Kernthesen vorstellen. Außerdem werden wir klarstellen, was wir unter einigen Begriffe verstehen, die in der öffentlichen Diskussion mit sehr unterschiedlicher Bedeutung verwendet werden.
