Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Erfahrung aus 25 Jahren Online-Marketing führten bei einigen Hochschulprojekten zu vielen Impulsen, Ideen und erstaunlichen Überschneidungen. Der neu entstehende Bedarf beim Studierendenmarketing geht aber viel weiter und tiefer und fordert von Hochschulen ein Umdenken. Das ist so spannend, dass nur ein Fachbuch die Fülle an neuen Anforderungen, Prozessen und Maßnahmen aufzeigen und verknüpfen kann. Es spannt den großen Bogen entlang der Student Journey und zeigt alle Details auf, die Hochschulen benötigen, um in Zukunft mehr Studierende für eine smarte und hybride Hochschullandschaft „of everywhere“ erfolgreich zu gewinnen.
